General
Svatbee is a wedding planner for Czechia and Slovakia. Couples get a checklist, budget, guest list, seating plan, schedule, menu and invitations. Wedding planners and vendors have their own access, guests get an app and website with everything they need to know about the wedding, and it even helps the witnesses with the hen or stag party.
For everyone who comes together around a wedding: couples doing the planning, wedding planners running several weddings at once, vendors (venue, catering, photographer, DJ, flowers…), guests who receive an invitation with a code, and hen and stag party organisers with their crew.
Yes. The clickable demo contains Tereza and Jakub's entire sample wedding – from the budget to the guest app. At the top of the demo you switch roles (couple, wedding planner, vendor – including photographer, guest, website). Under the avatar in the top right you'll find language, appearance, help and “Reset demo data”, which puts everything back to the starting point.
Yes. Official paperwork covers both Czech and Slovak procedures (registry office, parish office, documents). The guest app and website are in Czech, Slovak, English, German, Polish and Ukrainian, so family from abroad can read them too.
Yes, the whole app is responsive. Guests mostly use Svatbee on their phones – they open the app from the QR code on the invitation, with nothing to install.
Price
Planning is free – checklist, schedule, budget, guests, seating plan, the wedding day and preparing the website and guest app with a preview (Včelka plan). Publishing the website and app to guests, downloads and exports, receipt scanning, AI helpers, sharing with other people and After the wedding are unlocked by the Dělnice plan, and Královna has everything without limits – monthly, or yearly with savings. A standalone party and exporting your own data are always free.
All plans are free during the pilot. You'll find an overview of the plans and indicative prices after the pilot on our pricing page.
No. Signing up and planning don't require payment details. You only pay for a paid plan (publishing the website and guest app) – and not even that during the pilot, as all plans are free for now.
A vendor profile in the directory costs CZK 99 a month or CZK 990 a year – per profile. The Wedding planner plan costs CZK 199 a month (up to 10 active weddings at a time), Studio CZK 490 a month with unlimited weddings, a team and your own branding. During the pilot, the first 3 months are free. We take no commission on enquiries, and the wedding portal a couple invites vendors to is always free. See the overview in our business pricing.
For couples
Of course. When you sign up, choose “we don't know yet”. The Choosing a date tool helps you decide (prices, public holidays, weather and availability), and you can add the date any time.
Yes. In the Sharing & collaboration section you invite witnesses, parents or your wedding planner and give them a role – admin, editor of selected areas only, wedding planner, or viewer who can only look. In the schedule, everyone gets their own programme – the bride, the groom, witnesses, wedding planner, vendors and guests.
Yes. You can download the guest list and envelope addresses as CSV (from the Dělnice plan), e.g. for a printer or calligrapher. You group guests into households and each gets its own invitation code.
You draw the room (or several – say, a barn, a gallery and a garden), lay out tables of different shapes and drag guests onto specific chairs, with a mouse or your finger. Rules like “not these two next to each other” are checked by an assistant that can also suggest the whole plan.
The AI planner builds a first plan from your budget and guest count, the seating assistant suggests who sits where, and the vows and speeches helper gives you an outline and helps with thank-yous too – for now these suggestions come from templates right in your browser. The “Ask” AI assistant answers from the help and a summary of your wedding; AI is processed by a provider in the EU, with nothing for you to choose or connect.
Yes. When registering, choose “Party organiser”, pick whether it is the bride’s or the groom’s party and enter who it is for. The party date is optional. You get a sign-in link by e-mail and the app walks you through setting up the party with your details pre-filled.
In the party, you invite organisers and participants (by email, WhatsApp or link – invitations also come in English, German, Polish and Ukrainian), run polls on the date and programme, share out tasks, and keep track of shared expenses with QR payments, plus chat and a gallery. Everything new is automatically hidden from the groom or the bride – depending on whose party it is.
No. For every party item you choose who sees it – the default is “not the groom” or “not the bride”. The groom or bride only gets what you explicitly show (say the meeting point or what to pack). Hidden items are never sent, so nothing leaks through totals, notifications or a data export.
For guests
On the printed invitation next to the QR code, or in the email or message from the couple. The code has ten characters in the format XXXXX-XXXXX (older invitations have eight, XXXX-XXXX). Enter it on the Got an invitation? page or scan the QR code.
No. Guests don't register – all you need is the invitation code and a one-time verification code sent by e-mail to the address the couple has for you.
Only the wedding website's home page – names, date and an introduction. The schedule, venues, accommodation, gifts, questions and the app are for verified guests only. Anyone without an invitation can ask the couple for access – and they approve or decline the request.
Yes. An invitation belongs to a household, so one person can RSVP, choose meals and answer questions for everyone in it.
In the Gallery section of the app. Photos are sorted into albums, other guests can react to them, and the couple moderate them and export them at the end.
Wedding planners and vendors
A business account with a directory profile, an overview of your clients and their weddings (you can create a wedding on a client's behalf and invite the couple) and a CRM for enquiries from the directory and your own. The Wedding planner plan covers up to 10 active weddings at a time; Studio has no limit, plus a team and your own branding on the client portal. We're rolling out the wedding planner portal gradually – for now, you can try the workspace in the demo. More on the For wedding planners page.
The couple adds them to their vendors and sends an invitation – the wedding portal is always free for vendors, even without a paid directory profile. Vendors only see what concerns them: their part of the schedule, the address and access, technical brief, checklist, messages and invoices. More on the For vendors page.
New businesses get the first 3 months free during the pilot – both the directory profile and the wedding planner plan. You don't enter any payment details or card up front. After the trial, you pay according to the business pricing, or pause your profile.
During the pilot, by invoice with a QR payment you can pay from your banking app. Invoices are issued by Svatbee and you'll find them in the business portal. We'll add more payment methods later. We don't take any commission on enquiries.
Once you've completed it – description, cover photo, starting price, contact and location – and submitted it for publication. During the pilot, we review every profile before it goes live. Later changes to a published profile show up straight away. An unpaid or paused profile isn't visible in the directory, but your data stays.
Yes. You can pause your profile at any time – it disappears from the directory, your data stays and you can publish it again later. You can delete your business with all its profiles in the portal settings. A price change never affects a period you've already paid for.
Couples in the directory only see your published profile – description, photos, prices, contact details and location. Billing details, enquiries and statistics are private, and only people from your business can see them in the portal. With an enquiry, you only get what the couple sent you: the date, venue, number of guests and, if given, the budget.
Only a couple who actually booked the vendor through Svatbee can write a review – Svatbee asks them for it after the wedding. Vendors can reply publicly, reviews can't be bought or hidden, and a real person checks any suspicious ones.
Yes. The photographer (a vendor in the Photo and video category on Svatbee) uploads photos into albums, sets a watermark and link expiry, and moves the gallery through the statuses In progress → Preview → Delivered. The couple pick their favourites and photos for retouching.
Privacy and security
Only you and the people you invite. Each role sees only its own part – vendors don't see the guest list, and guests don't see the budget or the wedding planner's internal notes.
We process guests' personal data only for the purposes of your wedding. We never sell it to anyone, and we'll export or delete it on request. You'll find the details in our privacy policy (a sample in the demo).
Your gallery, memories and thank-yous stay for as long as you want them. You can delete or download the guest list and contacts at any time.
