Yes. With Včelka you plan the wedding, guests and reception as well as the wedding day, keep a budget and prepare the website, guest app and stationery with a preview. The Dělnice plan unlocks publishing to guests, downloading, exporting and sending, receipt scanning, AI helpers, sharing with other people and After the wedding. Exporting your own data is always free.
Within 30 days of payment we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. You can switch off a monthly or yearly subscription at any time – it runs until the end of the paid period and won't renew. No data is deleted: if you postpone the wedding, you keep planning for free and switch the plan back on when you need it.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you turn them off.
Once it ends, a 90-day read-only period begins: guests can still open the website and app but can't reply, upload or post, and you can download everything your plan included. After that, the wedding moves to the archive – no data is deleted, downloading the archive (photos, data, latest PDFs) is always free and you can renew your plan any time, say for an anniversary.
Anytime. When you upgrade, the new subscription starts on the day of the switch. After a downgrade, parts and modules above that plan are hidden, settings stay and nothing is deleted – you just can't upload over the storage limit.
A standalone party (without a wedding) is free for every organiser. A party linked to a wedding (wedding guests, shared calendar) is available to weddings from the Dělnice plan up.
During the pilot all plans are free. You pick a plan right when you create the wedding and can switch it anytime in the app with Switch for free (pilot) – it is changed by whoever created the wedding. It is valid until 3 months after the wedding, at most 24 months from switching the plan on (even if you don't have a wedding date yet). Prices on this page are indicative and will only be charged after the pilot.
