1. Who we are

The Svatbee service is operated by Svatbee s.r.o., Plzeňská 3352/156, 150 00 Praha 5, company ID 30118972, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 457542 (the “operator”). Contact: email on the Contact page.

2. What the service offers

Svatbee is an online wedding planning tool. Users can create an account as a member of the couple, a party organiser, a wedding planner or a vendor. Guests enter without a password – they verify their email address with a one-time code, which creates their account.

3. Sign-up and account

• When signing up, provide accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for the content you add to Svatbee (e.g. your guest list).
• You can close your account at any time.

4. Price and payment

Planning is free. The Dělnice and Královna subscription plans are paid (publishing the wedding website and the mobile guest app, downloads and exports, storage, AI helpers, sharing with other people and After the wedding) – monthly or yearly; Premium templates are included in the Královna plan. Exporting your own data is always free. Current prices are listed in the pricing and in the app before you order; payment is only taken after your confirmation.

5. Rights and obligations

The operator strives for uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee that the service will always be free of outages. The operator may remove content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

6. Claims and disputes

Please send claims and complaints to the email on the Contact page. Consumers may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as the body for out-of-court dispute resolution.

7. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We will notify users of any changes to the terms by email in advance.
