Hen or stag party
Date, programme, accommodation and shared money in one place – for the whole group. Whatever you plan as a surprise, the groom or bride to be won’t see.
Two ways
You don’t need a wedding in Svatbee – just choose whether it is the groom’s or the bride’s party and enter the name. A stand-alone party is free.
Is the couple planning in Svatbee? Link the party to their wedding – for the bride’s side, the groom’s side, or a joint one. Witnesses and bridesmaids find it in the wedding, and the couple sees only what you show them.
What it can do
Invite organisers and guests, let them vote and split the work and the money. Everything new is automatically hidden from the groom or the bride – depending on whose party it is.
For every item you choose who sees it – the default is “not the groom” or “not the bride”. The groom or bride only gets the meeting point and what to pack. Hidden items are never sent.

Yes. When registering, choose “Party organiser”, pick whether it is the bride’s or the groom’s party and enter who it is for. The party date is optional. You get a sign-in link by e-mail and the app walks you through setting up the party with your details pre-filled.
In the party, you invite organisers and participants (by email, WhatsApp or link – invitations also come in English, German, Polish and Ukrainian), run polls on the date and programme, share out tasks, and keep track of shared expenses with QR payments, plus chat and a gallery. Everything new is automatically hidden from the groom or the bride – depending on whose party it is.
No. For every party item you choose who sees it – the default is “not the groom” or “not the bride”. The groom or bride only gets what you explicitly show (say the meeting point or what to pack). Hidden items are never sent, so nothing leaks through totals, notifications or a data export.
