Privacy policy

Working draft. This text is a sample of the structure, not a legally binding document. Before the live version launches, the text must be prepared and reviewed by a lawyer.

1. Controller

The data controller is Svatbee s.r.o., Plzeňská 3352/156, 150 00 Praha 5, company ID 30118972, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 457542. Data protection enquiries: request form below.

2. What data we process

Website visitors – traffic statistics	daily totals of page views without cookies or identifiers (page, language, mobile or computer, referring domain, campaign tag)	improving the website (legitimate interest); we do not store IP addresses, we respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, totals are kept for 25 months

3. Guest data

Guest data is entered by the couple and we process it only for their wedding. With respect to guests, we act as a processor on behalf of the couple. Allergy information is used only for meal preparation and is visible only to those who need it for that purpose.

4. How long

For as long as your account exists. You can delete your guest list and contacts at any time; after your account is closed we delete the data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep it.

5. Who we share it with

Only to verified processors (hosting, email delivery, AI assistant) within the EU. We never sell your data.

6. Your rights

access to your data and a copy of it (export),
rectification and erasure,
restriction of processing and objection,
withdrawal of consent,
lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

7. How to exercise your rights

Signed-in users can export their data and delete their account themselves, directly in the app under My profile.
