Data export

• Users: download an export of all account and wedding data at any time in the app under My profile, free of charge.
• Businesses: the business owner downloads the Business Tools data in the business settings with the “Download business data” button. The export is available even after the subscription ends, during the export period.

Format

The export is a machine-readable JSON file with the format version and creation date. The timesheet is also available as CSV and meetings as iCalendar (.ics).

Where the data is stored

We store data in the European Union in Microsoft Azure data centres, primarily in Sweden. Backups are in the same region. The list of sub-processors is on the Sub-processors page.

Switching to another provider

You can move the exported data to another provider. We will help with the switch at the e-mail on the Contact page.

Deletion

You delete your account or business in the app. Deletion has a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel it. Then we delete the data, except data we must keep by law (for example invoices). Data disappears from backups at the latest when their retention period ends.
