The checklist orders your tasks by how long is left until the wedding. Here’s what awaits you at each stage – and where to find it in Svatbee.

Create your wedding
Names, date or “not sure yet”, venue and a rough budget. Ideas and tips help you work out what kind of wedding you actually want.

Venue, budget and key vendors
The planner splits up your budget by guest count, you compare vendor quotes side by side, and deposit reminders land in your notifications.

9–6 months
Guest list and invitations
Group your guests into households and design the invitations. Every household gets its own QR code and invitation code.

6–3 months
Paperwork, menu and guest website
Official paperwork keeps track of the registry office or parish office and your documents. Put together the menu, choose a plan (free during the pilot) and publish your website and app at jmeno.svatbee.com.

2 months
Guest replies and seating plan
RSVPs flow into the kitchen’s portion counts. Seat your guests on the venue map and let the rules keep track of who sits with whom.

Schedule and vendors
A wedding day schedule where everyone sees their own programme – bride, groom, witnesses, wedding planner and guests. Vendors see their part in the portal and confirm their arrival.

Your wedding planner runs the day in Wedding day mode and guests see “where we are” live. You only have one job – dance until your feet hurt.

Photos, gifts and thank-yous
The photographer delivers the gallery and guests add their own photos. Thank-yous, memories and anniversary reminders stay with you.
For guests
From invitation to photos
Guests don’t sign up or install anything. All they need is the invitation.
Received an invitation?Invitation with QR
Printed or digital. Each household has its own QR code and ten-character invitation code.
Code verification
After scanning, a one-time code arrives by e-mail – to the address the couple has for the guest.
RSVP
Attendance for each event, meal choice, allergies, transport and a song request for the DJ. Even for the whole household at once.
Wedding day
The schedule, where I’m sitting, “where we are” live and the ride home.
Photos
A gallery with albums and reactions, plus a guestbook for messages and wishes. The couple moderates and downloads the photos.

Collaboration
Wedding planner and vendors at one table
Everyone works from the same data, but each person sees only their part. When the ceremony time changes, it changes for everyone.
- Wedding plannersees the full plan and internal notes, approves tasks, runs the big day and checks guests in at the door.
- Vendorsget an invitation to the portal: their part of the schedule, access and power details, brief, messages and invoice upload, which flows into the couple’s payments.
- Photographerdelivers the gallery straight to the couple – with watermarks, link expiry and favourite picks.
- Witnesses and familyhelp out as editors of the areas entrusted to them, or just take a look. In Svatbee, witnesses can also organise the hen or stag party.
